Supervisors are responsible to ensure that any equipment provided is in proper and safe condition and that workers work in compliance with established legislation, safe work procedures and policies. Prairie Ag Air will ensure that all workers receive adequate training in their specific work tasks to protect theirs and others health and safety. We will also encourage our staff to openly exercise their rights as workers to refuse unsafe work, know and be informed of changes to our safety program and legislation as well as particulate in the development of our overall safety culture.
